AB Engineering provide welding and fabrication services to the Oil and Gas industry globally. We specialise in the fabrication of structural steelwork and pipework to client's drawings and specifications.
Established in 2004, our workshop is located south of Aberdeen and covers 260 square metres. Divided into two areas the first for carbon steel pipework and fabrication and the second area for projects in Exotic Metals.
Welding
We have Multi-coded welders in the following materials: Carbon Steel, CuNi, 6MO, Stainless covering both pipework and structural steel projects. Our skilled team are happy to further our procedures to cover additional materials should the need occur.
Fabrication
We specialise in small to medium sized frames and one off projects in a range of materials to client's drawings and specifications. We can arrange all NDT requirements and load testing.
Pipework
We make pipework for many applications and sectors including oil and gas and renewables in the following materials: Carbon Steel, 316L, CuNi, 6Mo to client's drawings and specifications. We can organise all NDT and Hydro testing of completed spools.
QHSE
At AB Engineering, we aim to ensure all work we complete is done so to the highest possible standards. We put each product through thorough testing and quality assurance procedures including Non-destructive Testing (NDT) and Radiography tests.
